Capital Planning and Construction Management oversees all major campus projects from budget development and design through construction and completion. The department ensures each project supports the University’s strategic goals, master plan, and sustainability priorities. Through collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and campus partners, it helps create safe, functional, and inspiring spaces for teaching, learning, research, and community engagement.
