Westfield State University is committed to helping student parents access the childcare resources they need to stay enrolled, succeed academically, and care for their families. Our office can help connect you with available childcare assistance and guide you through the resources designed to support your educational journey. We encourage all student parents to reach out and learn how we can help you achieve your goals while balancing the responsibilities of family life.

Free or Discounted Child Care For Westfield State University Students!

Child Care Access Means Parents In School (CCAMPIS) is a federally funded program to assist graduate or undergraduate Westfield State University student parents with child care expenses while completing their degree

Eligible child care services include:

  • Day Care
  • Pre-K
  • Before- and After-School programs
  • Summer Child Care
  • Summer Camps

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for child care assistance, students must:

  • Must be caring for a dependent child
  • Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester (Fall and Spring terms)
  • Must have a completed 2026-2027 FAFSA on file
