
The interdisciplinary minor in Policy and Ethics offers students a comprehensive approach to decision-making by integrating policy analysis with ethical considerations. This minor is accessible to all majors and requires students to complete 18 credit hours, including six hours of coursework outside their primary field of study. The curriculum consists of three core courses—American National Government or State and Local Government, American Public Policy, and Introduction to Ethics—totaling nine credits. Additionally, students must select nine elective credits from a diverse range of courses, covering topics such as Environmental Legislation, Communication Ethics, Economic Law, and various aspects of public policy and social justice. This minor equips students with a multidimensional perspective that is essential for navigating complex societal issues.
